OUR WARRANTY

We will fulfill our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and shall at our discretion, repair or replace the parts which it determines is defective.

If you need to make a claim under warranty, please contact the Service Department on 0800 SERV ONE. You must provide the original sale receipt as proof of purchase date.

This warranty does not extend to, or cover furniture which in our opinion is worn by wear and tear, fading, or has been damaged or rendered defective by abuse, misuse or negligence, lack of care or accidents.  Cuts, burns or pet damage is not covered.
All furniture is affected by sunlight  and heat, and even the most colour-fast material can fade.  Therefore, all furniture should be protected from direct sunlight and should never be placed next to a heat source.

This warranty applies only to furniture used for domestic purposes
